Prescriptions

Please bring all your medications, vitamins, and supplements with you to every visit. Please bring the actual bottles.

If you should happen to need a refill on a medication before your next scheduled visit, please call your pharmacy (even if you have no refills left) or request the refill from your Patient Portal.

Please remember to allow at least 72 hours for us to process your refill request. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
